These AE size 12 “mom jean" are my goal jeans!

I’ve yo-yo dieted for YEARS and I know even if I drop upwards of 40lbs I will STILL be a size 12, that darn bone structure. I do like my wardrobe but I will undoubtedly LOOK better in my clothes and may be able to slip into a size 10 here and there.

I am going to start tracking calories (1200 per day), eating more foods without labels and limiting foods with “added sugar”. I want to model for my kids what good food choices are to help them build a solid foundation for better nutrition.

I will be checking in monthly with measurements and making adjustments to my plan as needed! I will add in a few food lists and tips along the way!
